 ;;    3.  When there is obstruction (partial or complete) of one or both
 ;;        nostrils, indicate percent of obstruction for each.

 ;;    4.  Sinusitis - Describe tenderness, purulent discharge, or crusting.

 ;;D.  Diagnostic and Clinical Tests:
