2084. You will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend rhoStyle from and against any claims or lawsuits, including attorney's fees, that arise or result from the use, reproduction, or distribution of your programs.

212PROVISIONS FOR VISUAL COMPONENT LIBRARY CLASSES
213RHOSTYLE grants you a non-exclusive royalty-free right to compile, reproduce, and distribute any new software programs created using the components included in this package provided that you:
2141. distribute the components only in compiled executable programs;
2152. do not use any part of the source code of the components to build any other components for public distribution or commercial sale;
2163. do not use any of the components as an object-oriented ancestor to build any other components (through inheritance) for public distribution or commercial sale.
2174. do not create new 'VCL' components or 'ACTIVE X' components, or any other component architecture, including but not limited to DLLs, for distribution outside of your company in any form, manner or media or using any distribution channel, which utilized all or any portion of the SOFTWARE COMPONENT PRODUCT(S) and its related source code.

220Customers who have purchased a Site License may install and use multiple copies of the software for all users at a single site or within a single development team.

222Using rhoStyle Components In Property Editors And Component Editors
223Distributing a property editor or component editor that uses one or more of the components from this package requires that the compiled unit (i.e. he DCU file) for the Components also be distributed. (The compiled unit may be explicitly redistributed individually, or implicitly redistributed in the runtime packages that ship with this product.
224IMPORTANT: The design-time package's files for each runtime package in this product MAY NOT be redistributed. In addition, redistributing the design packages included with this product is prohibited.
225It is permissible to use the rhoStyle classes in custom design-time editors (such as property editors and component editors). However, because the DCU files will need to be distributed along with your design-time editor, it is possible for a user to install and use the component (implemented in the DCU file) even though the user may not be a licensed, registered user of Visual Component Library. Under these circumstances, your users WILL NOT be able to receive technical support on the component included in your editor, unless the user is also a licensed, registered user of rhoStyle Classes.
