END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
FOR ALL SOFTWARE COMPONENT PRODUCT(S)

IMPORTANT- READ CAREFULLY: This RHOSTYLE DEVELOPERS TEAM ("rhoStyle") End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you, an individual developer of SOFTWARE COMPONENT PRODUCT(S) applications, ("Developer End User") and rhoStyle for all RHOSTYLE SOFTWARE COMPONENT PRODUCT(S) components, source code, demos, intermediate files, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE COMPONENT PRODUCT(S)") contained in this installation file. 

RHOSTYLE grants to you as an individual, a personal, nonexclusive license to install and use the SOFTWARE COMPONENT PRODUCT(S) for the sole purposes of designing, developing, testing, and deploying application programs which you create. If you are an entity, you must designate one individual within your organization to license the right to use the SOFTWARE COMPONENT PRODUCT(S) in the manner provided herein.

The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this limited warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective media or documentation and shall not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software or special, incidental or consequential damages, or other similar claims, even if rhoStyle has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. 2. do not use any part of the source code of the components to build any other components for public distribution or commercial sale;

Customers who have purchased a Site License may install and use multiple copies of the software for all users at a single site or within a single development team.

Using rhoStyle Components In Property Editors And Component Editors
Distributing a property editor or component editor that uses one or more of the components from this package requires that the compiled unit (i.e. he DCU file) for the Components also be distributed. (The compiled unit may be explicitly redistributed individually, or implicitly redistributed in the runtime packages that ship with this product.
IMPORTANT: The design-time package's files for each runtime package in this product MAY NOT be redistributed. In addition, redistributing the design packages included with this product is prohibited.
It is permissible to use the rhoStyle classes in custom design-time editors (such as property editors and component editors). However, because the DCU files will need to be distributed along with your design-time editor, it is possible for a user to install and use the component (implemented in the DCU file) even though the user may not be a licensed, registered user of Visual Component Library. Under these circumstances, your users WILL NOT be able to receive technical support on the component included in your editor, unless the user is also a licensed, registered user of rhoStyle Classes.
