Any sale or resale of intellectual property or created derivatives so obtained will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of all local, federal and international law.

This the SOFTWARE COMPONENT PRODUCT(S) is labeled and provided as "Not for Resale" or "NFR", and, notwithstanding other sections of this EULA, you may not resell, distribute, or otherwise transfer for value or benefit in any manner, the SOFTWARE COMPONENT PRODUCT(S) or any derivative work using the SOFTWARE COMPONENT PRODUCT(S). You may not transfer, rent, lease, lend, copy, modify, translate, sublicense, time-share or electronically transmit the SOFTWARE COMPONENT PRODUCT(S), media or documentation. This also applies to any and all intermediate files, source code, and compiled executables.

| 26 | LIMITATIONS ON REVERSE ENGINEERING, DECOMPILATION, AND DISASSEMBLY.

| 27 | You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE COMPONENT PRODUCT(S), and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. The provision of source code, if included with the SOFTWARE COMPONENT PRODUCT(S), does not constitute transfer of any legal rights to such code, and resale or distribution of all or any portion of all source code and intellectual property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of all applicable local, federal and international laws. You agree to take all reasonable, legal and appropriate measures to prohibit the illegal dissemination of the SOFTWARE COMPONENT PRODUCT(S) or any of its constituent parts and Distributables to the fullest extent of all applicable local, US Codes and International Laws and Treaties regarding anti-circumvention, including but not limited to, the Geneva and Berne World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Diplomatic Conferences.

| 34 | The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this limited warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective media or documentation and shall not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software or special, incidental or consequential damages, or other similar claims, even if rhoStyle has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will rhoStyle liability for any damages to you or any other person ever exceed the lower of the list price or the actual price paid for the package or the license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim.

| 60 | Distributing a property editor or component editor that uses one or more of the components from this package requires that the compiled unit (i.e. he DCU file) for the Components also be distributed. (The compiled unit may be explicitly redistributed individually, or implicitly redistributed in the runtime packages that ship with this product.

| 61 | IMPORTANT: The design-time package's files for each runtime package in this product MAY NOT be redistributed. In addition, redistributing the design packages included with this product is prohibited.

| 62 | It is permissible to use the rhoStyle classes in custom design-time editors (such as property editors and component editors). However, because the DCU files will need to be distributed along with your design-time editor, it is possible for a user to install and use the component (implemented in the DCU file) even though the user may not be a licensed, registered user of Visual Component Library. Under these circumstances, your users WILL NOT be able to receive technical support on the component included in your editor, unless the user is also a licensed, registered user of rhoStyle Classes.
